I'm not a celebrity trainer. I don't have a fancy studio. I'm a 28-year-old from rural New Zealand who started training at 14, inspired by Arnold, and hasn't stopped since.
I went from 64kg to 95kg naturally — through 14 years of trial and error, injury, setbacks, and figuring out what actually works. I train because I work a farm and need to be strong enough to do the job. That changes everything about how you approach building muscle.
